For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add yeast, honey and cooled melted butter
mix 3 mins, 37deg, spoon speed
Add remaining ingrediants
mix 15sec, sp4
dough mode 8 min
Place dough into bread tin
Let rise and then bake at 180deg until golden.

Tip
As this is a large batch, I weighed the dough, then halved it and made a loaf of bread and the rest into scrolls.
