Mill the oats in the Thermomix for 10 sec / speed 8
Break the banana into quarters and add to the bowl. Combine for 5 sec / speed 5
Place teaspoons of the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten into discs (or whatever shape you desire). The mix will be quite sticky but shouldn't be too difficult to handle with a teaspoon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Allow to cool.
Tip
These are suitable for babies who have begun eating finger foods.

I think my 2 year old will love this!
Thank you! Baby and 5yo love these. and so quick and easy to make!
My 12 month old loves them! Mine were soft though? Even though I had them longer than 15 minutes in the oven.
My 12 month old liked these, but they are pretty hard! I used 2 small lady finger bananas.
worked fab so simple no sugar
So fast to make. 12 month old loved them!
A great, quick snack to make.
You can add any other flavours you'd like to this basic recipe - grated apple or carrot, dried fruits etc. all work well. Dates and honey sound good (although honey isn't recommended for under 2 year olds).

Thanks for the recipe, I added chopped dates and a spoon of honey to make them a bit sweeter for my 2 year old and they turned out well. They did stick to the baking paper, so next time I will grease it well first.
