Ingredients
Dough
- 500 g bakers flour
- 300 g warm water
- 2 teaspoon dried yeast
- 30 g olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Filling
- 300 g baby spinach, Fresh
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, cubed
- 50 g brown onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 g ricotta
- 50 g Danish Fetta
- 50 g Butter
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste

Add warm water, yeast and oil to TM Bowl. Mix 10 secs, speed 5.
Add Flour and salt and knead"Dough mode" for 2 mins.
Set aside dough in thermomat or a greased bowl in a warm spot whilst preparing the filling.
Grate parmesan Cheese 10 secs, sp 10. Set aside.
Without washing the bowl, place onion and garlic into bowl. Chop 5 secs, speed 6. Scrape sides to the bottom of the TM Bowl. Add spinach to the simmering basket.
Add the butter to the onion and garlic. Pleace the simmering basket in the TM Bowl. Set for 5 mins, varoma speed 1. Onions will be sauteeing whilst the spinach is wilting in the basket.
Then place spinach into onion mixture and chop for 10 secs speed 6. Let cool for 5 minutes and add the cheeses and salt and pepper and mix 4 secs, speed 4. Let mixture cool a further 10 minutes.
Pre heat oven to 200 deg.
Roll dough on Thermomat to a thin sheet of about 3 mm thickness. Use a drinking glass or another blunt cutter to use on the Thermomat to make circle shapes out of the dough. On the circles of dough, place half a teaspoon of filling. Close the dough to make a semi circle and pinch the dough together to enclose the filling.
Bake 10-15 mins on 200 deg oven or until golden brown.
