Cohen Chocolate chip cookies

1/2 cupSugar 100 g
3/4 cup Brown sugar 165 g
3/4 cup BUTTER 115 g
1 egg g
Vanilla extract level tsp
1 3/4 cup All purpose flour 260 g
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda dashes
Baking powder level tsp
1 pack Chocolate chips grams

Recipe's preparation

Method

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
Beat butter and sugars together until lightened in colour. Will have to scrap down sides a few times.

Add egg and vanilla mix in

Add everything except chocolate chips and mix well scrap down sides when needed.
Add chocolate chips and mix on reverse.

Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until lightly browning in colour.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
