  • 60 grams skim milk
  • 120 grams cocoa powder
  • 120 grams rolled oats
  • 120 grams Stevia powder
  • 1 egg
  • 80 grams apple sauce
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°c.

  2. Grease a square baking dish.

  3. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth (about 1 minute) on speed 8.

  4. Pour into the prepared dish and bake for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 16 squares.

Tip

May need a little extra time cooking depending on your oven.

    Good alternative to a traditional brownie during a diet and Dukan friendly...but it doesn't look at all like your picture!

    I think 120g of stevia are too much!!!  It would be like adding 1.2 kg of sugar!
