  • 2 eggs
  • 185 grams plain flour
  • 150 grams white eating chocolate, chopped coarsely
  • 100 grams milk eating chocolate, chopped coarsely

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg/160 deg fan forced. Grease deep 19cm-square cake pan; line base and sides with baking paper.

  2. Place dark chocolate in bowl and chop speed 5/10sec. Scrape down sides.

  3. Add butter to bowl. Melt 50 deg/1 min/speed 4. Cool for 10 minutes.

  4. Measure in sugar and add eggs and mix 5 sec/speed 4.

  5. Measure in flour and mix 5 sec/speed 4.

  6. Add white and milk chocolate and mix Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4/10 secs.

  7. Spread mixture into prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes or until mixture is firm to touch. Cool in pan. Sprinkle with icing sugar before cutting.

Tip

Brownies can be made three days ahead; store in an airtight container.

    I made these with Miss 8 today teaching her to use the Thermomix on her own. We added raspberries once in the tin frozen ones just squished them on top and covered some with the mixture. So yummy warm with ice cream!!! Thank you for sharing

    Yum. Really easy. I ground the dark choc at the start as per directions but by the time I got to the end i forgot to pre mill the white and milk choc (used nestle melts) I ground them a little at the end but didnt want to overwork the mixture. In the end I just spooned what i had into the tin and cooked it and it turned out lovely regardless. All the three chocs melted completely for a really yummy brownie so no real need to do the additional step that i did anyway to try and chop them up.. Cooking 7
