- 90 gram rolled oats
- 85 gram Desiccated Coconut
- 155 grams brown sugar
- 125 grams Butter
- 2 tablespoon golden syrup
- 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 150 grams plain flour

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, fan forced. Line two baking trays with non-stick paper. Put the butter and golden syrup into the bowl and melt 3 mins/70 degrees/ speed 2.
Once melted add the bicarb and mix 5 sec/ speed 3.
Add all the other ingredients and mix 10 sec/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 4 to combine.
Roll the mixture into walnut size balls and press down lightly with a fork. Bake for about 10/12 minutes.
