Left skin on apples made double the recipe (24 muffins) and used over 400g apples. Sprinkled top with cinnamon sugar before baking.
Light and fluffy.
I had a few wrinkly apples to use and found this gem of a recipe. I didn't peel my apples because I'm lazy but the skin doesn't detract from the muffin. I'm a fan of cinnamon so next batch I will add more but otherwise, delicious.
Made these tonight for the first time and they are amazing. Just the right amount of sweetness. These will be a regular in my house now. Thanks for a great recipe.
Yum! Also kept apple (200gm) in bowl for entire recipe and reduced sugar to 60gms. Best apple muffin recipe I've come across 👌🏻
Really nice, enjoyed by my family. I chop apples for only 4 secs as we like the apple chunkier.
Used maple syrup for the syrup and did about 210gms apple. Delicious 👌 they won't last long.
This is a family favourite for us, I make these weekly. They also freeze really will.
I followed the recipe exactly and the muffins turned out perfectly - so moist and delicious. I sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top when they were still hot so it would partially caramelise. This is now a go-to muffin recipe.
Yummy!!!
Really lovely muffins.
I added extra apple and cinnamon. Will def use this recipe again, thank you!
