Ingredients
Brownie
- 230 grams dark chocolate pieces
- 260 grams avocado
- 130 grams sugar, Either use white, brown or coconut sugar
- 2 --- large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 110 grams flour
- 30 grams cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 130 grams dark chocolate pieces
Frosting
- 1 large avocado
- 300 grams icing sugar, You can mill sugar before adding Avocado
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 180C. Line slice tray with baking paper or spray with cooking spray.
Melt Chocolate for 2min/50C/Speed 3.
Add Avocado and sugar and mix for 10sec/speed 4. Scrape side and repeat again for 5sec/speed 4.
Add eggs and Vanilla Extract and mix well for 30sec/speed 5.
Add Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder and Salt mix for 15sec/speed 4.
Add Avocado Oil and mix for 5sec/speed 4.
Add Dark Chocolate pieces and mix threw on "Counter-clockwise operation" for 5sec/speed 3
Pour into slice tray and bake for 25 - 30min. Until brownie is cooked.
Wait for brownie to cool before putting on frosting.
If you are making your icing sugar, mill sugar first for 10sec/speed 9.
Add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix well for 30sec/speed 7.
(the avo frosting will stay green - it does not go brown)

the cake is good...but the flavour of the avocado is bland, hidden behind the chocolate.
the frosting resulted a bit too runny and the sweetness prevailed over the other components.
