  • 320 g banana (approx 4)
  • 140 g apple puree
  • 130 g flour
  • 50 g soaked cashews
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 2 level teaspoons bicarb soda

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

    2. Grease loaf tin and set aside.

    3. Add all ingredients to TM bowl and mix for 20 sec/sp 4.

    4. Pour mixture into prepared loaf tin.

    5. Bake in oven for 35 minutes or until cooked through.

     

     

Tip

- VARIATIONS

Replace soaked cashews with soaked almonds.

Replace apple puree with pear puree.
