Easy and tasty.. I only had 200g white choc bits which I think was enough and I mixed in the blueberries and choc on reverse speed 3 with the aid of the spatula.

So yummy, my husband and I have just polished off two each!! I used a whole orange and mine made 12 big muffins. Mine how ever did stick to the patty pans I used, I think next time i'll just spray the tin with oil.  Cooking 7

YUMMO! I just made these and am chomping as i type. These are delish!

This recipe gave me 12 Large Muffins (shop style) I cooked them for 35 mins on 180 in a fan foced oven, oh and I used the rind of a whole orange. Recipe is packed with blueberries and oozes white chocolate. The top is crunchy. Very tasty indeed.

Just made these - turned out ok.

I did mini size and normal muffin size - normal size the chocolate didn't melt (crunchy even) and the bottom was a bit too moist.

    Main issues:

    (1) your recipe doesn't say how many it makes; and

    (2) your method refers to orange rind but your ingredient list doesn't include this...
