- 125 g dark chocolate, broken
- 180 g Self Raising Flour
- 125 g Butter
- 1 egg
- 200 g Soft brown sugar
- 200 g Choc Chips, optional

Place the choc pieces & butter in the TM and set 1 min 100 deg Speed 1
2. Add the egg and sugar and mix 1 min Speed 3 (it will thicken)
3. Add the flour and mix 15 sec Speed 3
4. Fold in the choc chips (small ones are better)
5. Pour onto a piece of glad wrap plastic, roll into a long shape and place in the freezer for 20 mins.
Set oven temp to 180 deg.
6. Remove from chiller, slice and bake on a tray with baking paper for 20 min
7. Rest for 5 mins on the tray and then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
8. Dust with icing sugar or drizzle white chocolate ontop.
Tip
Instead of folding in choc chips, try nuts or cranberries.

Great biscuits.
Definitely for the sweet tooth. Next time I will use Coconut sugar or Rapadura so you still get the fudginess but less sweetness. Reminds me if my grandmothers cake. Thank you.
