Tip
This mixture is excellent for freezing. it can be frozen before or after cooking. I like to freeze in rolls, covered with baking paper and glad wrap. Then it is as simple as cutting into slices, putting on a tray and baking. Quick and easy biscuits!

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Just made these tonight, and changed the raw sugar to coconut sugar, so yummy, thank you
Really loved these biscuits! And since I had to open a whole tin of condensed milk I made another batch!!
Very nice!
Hi Jessie-Marie,
I'm not sure if you mean the mixture is dry or the biscuit once cooked. When I cook them they are a soft crumbly texture. But you can definitely add more condensed milk till it is the perfect consistency for your liking! Glad you got the recipe to work for you! This is my first one for the Thermomix
don't know if i did something wrong, but was so dry i bit by bit added more condensed milk till i tipped in the whole tin! Came out beautiful texture and yummy biscuits
