Ingredients
CHOC YUM!
- 110 gram dark chocolate
- 120 gram Butter or Nutlex
- 50 grams Organic Brown Sugar
- 60 grams Diced Dried Dated
- 2 tsp vanilla extract/paste
- 190 grams Wholemeal/White SR Flour
- 1 tsp Bicarb and Baking Powder, combined
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Extra Dark Chocolate, (decorate)
- 1 egg
- 100 grams Dark Brown Sugar
- 15 grams cocoa powder

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Oven turned onto 180 deg and line two baking trays with baking paper ready to go.
2. Put 110g of dark chocolate into mixer with (whole) dates pitted - grate 5 sec / speed 6 "Closed lid" .
3. Pour out Chocolate and date mix and place in dish and put aside until later.
4. In mixer add butter/Nutlex, sugar/s, egg (cluck cluck!) and vanilla mix 2 min/speed 3 "Closed lid" .
5. Add flour, bicarb and baking powder including salt mix 40 sec/speed 4 "Closed lid" .
6. Add choc and date mix set aside and stir 30 sec/speed 2 "Closed lid" .
7. Roll mixture into balls and roll in sesame seeds press onto trays with wet fork.
8. Bake 5 cm apart to allow for spreading for 15 - 20 min at 180 deg (or until baked well).
9. Once cooled low heat extra dark chocolate and drizzle over biscuits let set (slow bursts at 5 seconds in microwave with mixing also heats well).
10 Eat them !!!! argh....

Tip
NB# Try White Chocolate to replace Extra Dark Chocolate drizzle and add Macadamia nuts in mix for extra crunch!
