  • 70 grams dessicated coconut, ***
  • 270 grams coconut milk

    add rest of ingredients, mix 30sec sp4,

    pour into greased tin,

    bake 75min 170deg

*** I prefer shredded coconut for extra texture

    Hi there, for a gluten free version do you think I could substitute the spelt for anything else? In the cupboard I've got the following flours: buckwheat, tapioca, arrowroot, sorghum, brown rice and white rice. Any ideas would be much appreciated, thank you tmrc_emoticons.)
