Tip

Brewers yeast is an aquired taste but the more you can eat the better.

If you can eat the dough raw it's even better for you.

The yeast, flaxseed and oats are you milk boosting ingredients.

I got my yeast from health food store and store it in the freezer as well as the flaxseed. My flaxseed has nuts in it as well.

Remeber to drink a lot of water when trying to increase your supply.

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

These are awesome! I also split it to add half saltanas and half choc chips. I freeze a lot of the dough so I can make it last longer. So yummy!

Been making these for my sister she has told me it has really helped. Thank you so much if only I had a TM & this recipe 17yrs ago. So glad I could help my sis & her new little bundle of joy.

Delicious (or as delicious as anything with 4 heaped tablespoons of brewer's yeast can be...). When I got to the step where the oats were added, I split the mix in half and had half dark choc and cranberry, and half milk chocolate and peanut butter. They were yum. Supply didn't double overnight, but after a few days there was a noticable improvement. It's a large batch, but mine definitely didn't last long.
