- 310 grams Plain Flour.
- 10 grams Coconut Shredded
- 5 heaped teaspoons Baking Powder.
- 0.5 heaped teaspoon Salt.
- 3 heaped teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 heaped teaspoons Nutmeg
- 185 grams raw sugar
- 150 grams Brown Sugar.
- 180 grams oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 heaped teaspoons Vanilla Paste/Extract
- 3 Carrots Large
- 3 apples
- 2 heaped teaspoons lemon juice

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Chop carrot in 3, Quarter and core apple, Chop Speed 7, 4 seconds
2. Check for chunks and repeat if necessary.
3. Set asside for later.
4. Add all dry ingedients Speed 5, 10 seconds.
5. Set aside for later.
6. Add all wet ingredients. Speed 6, 25 seconds.
7. Add set aside dry ingredients and Carrot and Apple.
8. Mix for 30 seconds speed 4.
9. Put in a large cake tin and cook for 40min 170 degrees.
10. Once cake has cooled Ice with EDC Cream Cheese Frosting.
