- 1 tablespoons cornflour
- 115 g Butter

- Insert butterfuly whisk.
- Insert the butterfly whisk. Add the butter (room tempreture) and sugar to the Thermomix bowl
"Closed lid" and mix 
"No counter-clockwise operation" for 1min/speed 3. - Scrape down the dowl and repeat 2-3 times until the mixture is pale and creamy.
- Remove butterfly whisk. Add egg and mix 5 seconds/speed 3.
- Add flour and mix 14 seconds/speed 4.
- Scrape down bowl. Knead 45 seconds
"Dough mode" - Roll out dough to 2-3 mm onto baking mat or flour dusted bench. Cut with cookie cutters.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes. Untill lightly golden on edges.
- Allow to cool and decorate with icing.
- Insert butterfuly whisk.
