  • 200 grams Butter, chopped
  • 3 Eggs.
  • 230 grams Plain Flour.
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 40 grams cocoa
  • 300 grams caster sugar
  • 210 grams Dark Choc Bits
  • 80 grams Vanilla & Strawberry Mini Marshmallows

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180degrees/160 degrees fan forced.

    2. Grease a 20 x 30cm 3cm deep lamington pan. Line with baking paper with a 2cm overhang on the long sides.

    3.Place butter in TM bowl, melt 60degrees, 1 1/2 mins Speed 2.

    4.Leave to cool down.

    5.Once cool add eggs. With blades spinning, Speed 3 add eggs 1 at a time, mixing for 5 Seconds in between each addition.

    6.Add flour & baking powder mix 5 seconds, Speed 3.

    7.Add cocoa, sugar, choc bits & marshmallows. Mix Reverse, Speed 3, 15 seconds or until all combined.

    8.Pour into prepared tin.

    9.Bake for 35 - 40 mins or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out with crumbs clinging.

Tip

Can use any flavour choc bits you like.

Makes a lovely gift, either pre made or place all the dry ingredients in a glass jar, attach a tag with the recipe on. Tie a ribbon around it & there is a lovely gift.

    These brownies are the absolute best!!! Quick, easy, never fail. I use 3/4 rapadura sugar and 1/4 castor, and less choc bits - still tastes absolutely fantastic. My family love them. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

    Lets just say first these were divine - very evil! Big Smile  

     

    But!  As my butter was out of the fridge it did not melt.  Therefore the mixture could not be 'poured' into the tin. The mixture was an unmixed blob!  I mixed it with the spatula and put into tin.  Only cooked for 30 mins and it was well cooked at 160 deg in my fan forced oven.

    Awesome, first time i made these they didnt last an hour,  very easy to make, i now do them at least once a week for the kids, highly recommend tmrc_emoticons.)
