- 8 medjool dates, Pitted
- 2 Lines dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar
- 2 teaspoons Omega oil, Optional
- 50 grams oats
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Exract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 30 grams chocolate protein powder
- 80 grams almond meal

1. Cook quinoa
rinse quinoa 3 to 4 times in strainer using hands to squeeze the quinoa.
place quinoa into bowl, cover with water and let stand for 30mins.
Cut baking paper to fit sides of tm basket and then rinse under water. Cover sides of tm basket with baking paper making sure they is none hanging over the top.
place tm basket into bowl and place quinoa in basket.
pour 600grams of water into bowl including water quinoa was soaked in.
place oil and salt on top.
cook 20mins/varoma/speed2
2. Place oats into bowl. Mill 30sec/speed 9
3. Place quinoa, dates, dark chocolate, agave necter, omega oil, vanilla extraft and salt into bowl and mix 30sec/spped9
4. add chocolate protein powder and mix 30sec/speed 9
5. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix 30 sec/spoed 9
6. line square baking tray with baking paper and press mixture into baking tray.
7. Cook 180 degrees 20 minutes. Then let cool completely.
you can then just cut and enjoy or place chocolate on top.

2. Add coconut oil and melt 5 mins/50degrees/speed1
3. Scrape sides of bowl and melt 5mins/50degrees/speed1
4. Pour over base and place in fridge to set.
once set cut into squares and store in air tight container.

If you don't have chocolate protein powder that is suitable to cook with, you can use the same amount of vanilla protein powder and add 10 grams of raw cacao powde.
