Easy butter icing
OMG so delish and super easy to make. this recipe will be my forever buttercream icing recipe now on. Thanks for sharing
Lots of positive comments! Great icing to pipe or smooth on!
Delicious icing. I used it on a banana cake and was lovely. This is the first time I've used the butterfly for butter icing, and it was so much better than just using the blade. Icing was light and fluffy. I ran out of icing sugar at 350g, but it didn't seem to matter, still tasted delicious. This'll be my go to butter icing from now on!
Great! I am a cupcake lover..
Absolutely beautiful buttercream icing! Thanks for sharing
Glad you loved the recipe and your first whisking was a delight.
Glad you loved it - definitely a winner in our home too!
Thanks was a awesome recipe
Amazing! I used it to ice the Carribean Carrot cake from the Basic Cookbook, as we had no cream cheese. The butterfly whisk makes it so creamy - first time I've used the whisk. Thanks for this delicious recipe !
