Sweet potato brownies GF
- 2 roasted sweet potatoes
- 2 organic eggs
- 50 g cacao powder
- 2.5 tablespoon Coconut Flour
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 tablespoon Brown Rice Syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Paste
- 10 drops doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil
TOPPING
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 5 drops doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil
- Cacao crunch

- Preheat oven to 180 °C (365 °F), make sure the oven is hot before you put in the brownies in.
- Combine all the ingredients together in thermomix.
- Once combined, pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes. Remove the tin and cool for 5-10 minutes before carefully removing the brownie from the tin.
- Make the topping in a small bowl and spread it over the brownies. Then cut into squares and enjoy this taste sensation.

Pour a can of coconut cream ( I use Ayam brand) into an ice cube tray and freeze so you have small portions of coconut cream handy at all times.
