Recipe's preparation

    Fruit mince
  1. 1.  Place all of the fruit in the jug and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.

    2.  Add in the Suet to the Jug and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7.

    3.  Add all of the remaining ingredients.  Mix on reverse speedCounter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" on 5 for 3 seconds this will combine the mixture.

    4.  Transfer the ingredients to a bowl and cover.  Leave the ingredients to soak at least overnight.  You can keep the ingredients in the jug if you prefer.

    5.  Sterilise your Jars.  I do this in the microwave by filling the jars half way with water then a minute per jar on high.

    6.  Transfer the mince to the jar and seal with the lid.

Let the fruit mince rest for at least 2 weeks before use however will keep for a year if it remains unsealed.
