    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I made this for a lunch with some friends. Everyone loved it. I used spelt flour.

Yep. A bit fudgey. But will look fairly cooked on the outside. You should put your finger in the middle and have a tiny bit of cake come away. Like fudge. It will set more upon cooling.

Thanks Dezzig I baked for extra 20 minutes uncovered and am cooling the cake now.  It looks good, but won't know until it's cut whether it will be the right texture.  is it supposed to be a bit fudgy in the middle?

I have had the cake wobbly at times. There is two ways to fix: either continue to bake for another 20 minutes, covered, this depends on how wobbly it is in the middle or 2. If there is only a little wobble left let it cool, uncovered and it "sets" a bit better upon standing. I wouldn't use option two if it is still a lot of cake batter in the middle.  Hope this helps.

I've just baked this cake for 40 minutes and the middle is still wobbly.  Should I bake it a bit longer without the foil cover?
