- half tsp bicarb of soda
- 150g good quality dark chocolate
- half tsp vanilla essense

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
preheat the oven to about 180degrees
then break the chocolate into chunks
in the TM beat the butter and sugar brown and white until creamy and smooth slowly then beat in the egg
then beat in the flour, salt, vanilla ess, and bicar of soda.
next slowly put in the choc chunks whilst the TM is going slowly!!!!
next spoon molds of mixture onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper
leave space beetween the shapes
bake for 10-15 minuites or until golden brown
take out of the oven until harder before moving to a cooling rack
