  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 225 grams unsalted peanuts
  • 120 grams Coconut sugar
  • 40 grams raw cacao powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 10 grams Cornflour - Gluten Free
  • 220 grams coconut butter/oil
  • 4 eggs

Recipe's preparation

    gluten free - clean eating brownies
  1. put dark choc and nuts into jug Closed lid"Closed lid" then turbo for 4 secs

    put all other ingredients into jug Closed lid"Closed lid" then mix speed 5 for 30 secs

    scrape into square tin and bake on 190 fan for 30-35 mins

    will be brown and coming away from sides, centre should still look a bit  wet when done but feel firm to the touch, leave on bench to cool for 15 mins before inverting and slicing into approx 15 squares- should be very chocolatey and moist and not overly sweet.
