Recipe's preparation

  1. Measure oats, chop finely on speed 10 for 20 seconds.

Add banana and eggs and dash of maple syrup - mix together on speed 6 for 30 seconds.

Heat a small non stick frypan and add batter, cook on high until bubbles form, flip and cook on the other side until cooked through.

Serve with extra maple syrup and plain yoghurt.

Makes one large pancake. Could split batter to make two smaller pancakes.

Add an additional egg, banana and 30g of oats for each additional pancake.

Delicious! Used my own honey instead of maple syrup and cooked one large pancake. Topped with strawberries, banana and a little extra honey.

A healthy, simple and delicious recipe. I added 1/2 tsp of baking powder and a tsp coconut sugar (because we were out of maple). Kids ate them all up with requests for more!

My 3 and 5 year olds loved these, they are super easy and healthy to make. I did all the ingredients x3 so that there was lots of batter for the 4 of us - great result, didn’t stick my pans too!

It's a winner! 80g oats, 2 bananas, 3 eggs (as recipe states), omitted maple syrup and added vanilla essence and cinnamon. Lowered heat after first one, to medium heat. Made into pikelets and served with fresh strawberries. Yum!

Super yummy. I added 1/2 tsp of baking powder and 1 tsp of chia. I omitted the maple syrup and cooked in a smidge of butter amd they were still nice and sweet.

Miss 3.5 and 8m foodie baby loved them, thank you!

Excellet recipe - made 3 large pancakes and followed instructions as if making 3, but replaced 30g oats with normal SR flour, added 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tbs Greek yoghurt, 3 tbs vanilla protein powder - scattered frozen blueberries into pancakes straight after pouring batter into frypan. Came out awesome.
