Recipe's preparation

Cheese and sun dried tomato filling/dip
  1. Blend cheese for 7 seconds on speed 7

Add tomatoes and tomatoe paste to Closed lid"Closed lid"

Blend until you read the desired consistency -- Crumbly for dough filling or as a dip to spoon onto crackers, bread, pizza

Tip

I made this after making tomato paste, after carefully removing what I could there was still paste around the blades so I came up with this recipe so as not to waste any paste. To save water and waste less food always try and make things in an order that means no washing between. You will be amazed at the interesting flavours you can create.

If using as a bread filling. Scrape mixture from jug but don't bother to wash before making the dough!

JanineT:Maybe a bit more oil would help too? perhaps ‘spread’ would have been a better description! Thanks for the fedback.

I made this this afternoon to use up some left over sun dried tomatoes I had.  Loved the flavour, but I did find it was a little crumbly as a dip.  Will definitely try again, but will blend a little longer next time.
