Ingredients

Quinoa and fruit porridge

  • 30 grams whole oats
  • 30 grams Quinoa flakes
  • 1 banana, ripe, broken into 4 pieces
  • 180 grams Milk
  • 260 grams water
  • 10 grams coconut(optional), flakes
  • to taste cinnamon
  • to taste honey
  • 1 small green apple, quartered, cored and halved

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop green apple on speed 5 for 3 seconds

    Add remaining ingredients to TM bowl.

    Cook for 8 min,100 degrees, reverse, speed 2.

    Serve with cinnamon and honey to taste

     

Tip

Substitute oats if for same weight of Quinoa if you prefer gluten free.

Would also be nice with maple syrup instead of honey.
