Recipe's preparation

  1. Add dates, nuts and seeds and press turbo for 1 second 2 to 3 times to desired texture

  2. Add rest of ingredients and cook 7minutes 90 degrees reverse speed 1

Tip

This is such a versatile dish you can add anything in the first step such as an apple or a banana.

Then in step 2 play around with the quantities of Quinoa Flakes, Oats and Water to get the consistency you like. Add in a couple of tablespoons of chia seeds for a differenrt texture and more nutrients.
