Ingredients
Penang Chicken
- 30 g red curry paste
- 1200 g chicken breast, cut into strips
- 375 g light coconut milk
- 2 tsp fish sauce, 15g
- 3 tbsp brown sugar, 60g
- 3 tbsp Peanut Butter, No added sugar or Salt, 60g
- 250 g broccoli, cut into florets
- 200 g snow peas

- Add 30g Red curry paste to the bowl. Cook at 100C, Speed 1, for 1 minute.
- Add 375g Light Cococnut milk, and 1200g Chicken to the Bowl. Cook at 100C, Speed 1, for 3 minutes.
- Add the 15g Fish Sauce, 60g Sugar and 60g Peanut Butter. Cook 90C, Resverse, Speed 1,for 8 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to Thermoserver
- Place 250g Broccoli & 200g Snow peas into Varoma tray for 16 minutes.
- Divide the Chicken, sauce and vegetables amoung serving plates. Enjoy!
