Ingredients
Yogurt - no heat milk
- 1 litres Milk, UHT Milk
- 60 grams milk powder
- 100 grams yoghurt, plain or greek, no flavour or sugar

- Sterilise your bowl so that there is no oil in the bowl. 1 ltr of water, 50mls white vinegar and use universal cleaning mode. Rinse bowl and lid.
- 1. Empty milk into bowl
2. Add milk powder
3. Add yogurt
4. Speed 2.5 until all dissolved - no lumps floating.
5. Fermentation mode 12 hours - go!
Tip
If your yogurt isn't thick enough you can line a simmer basket with a nutmilk or muslin bag. Place basket into a bowl or thermoserver, pour yoghurt into basket. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours. The whey will have seperated, keep whey to add to dishes for protein boost.
Place yogurt into a sealed container and enjoy.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
