  • 2.5 heaped tablespoons Psyllium powder
  • 2 level tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Power
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil.
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 grams Sour cream full fat
  • 65 grams double cream

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh and Combine all ingredients into Closed lid"Closed lid"

  2. Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" for 40 seconds and then scrape ingredients back down into blades

  3. Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" A further 40 seconds or until all ingredients are combined well. Let mix rest for five mins. 

  4. Shape into 4 rolls or more if you make smaller ones 

  5. Cook in oven 180 degrees for 20-25 mins 

  6. These have a great texture and are vey yummmmm

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
