- 300 grams FrozenPitted cherries
- Desiccated Coconut, 1/2 MC
- white chocolate melts, 1 MC
- Frozen Milk cubes, 1 Tray
- 1 egg white

Pulverise sugar, chocolate and coconut for 20 seconds on speed 9. Add all other ingredients and mix for 45 seconds to 1 minute slowly turning to speed 10 scraping the sides with spatula. ( or until you reach desired consistency )
