    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Very nice and easy to make, my thrmomix wouldn't let me have the speed on 8 with the heat on, so I had it on 5 which seem to work well, also used dark and milk chocolate 50/50.

My thermo says that heating is disabled above speed six, yet the recipe says 4:30 mins, 50 degrees, speed 8?

So quick and easy. Just waiting for it to set. I used a mixture of white, milk and dark chocolate.
The left overs in the jug make a fabulous hot chocolate as a previous commenter suggested. Yummy 😋

Made this using a condensed milk recipe off the RC. After making the condensed milk in the TMX I added the butter and chocolate straight into the bowl and continued with the recipe. Set perfectly (not grainy like other recipes I have tried).I didnt want to waste the leftover mix that was stuck inside the bowl so after making the fudge I added 250ml milk into the bowl and heated 70c/3.5mins/sp3.5 then frothed 20secs/sp8 to make a yummy hot chocolate for the kids...nothing wasted  Big Smile
