- 10 organic medjool dates (pitted)
- 150 grams Organic Coconut - shredded or desiccated
- 120 grams organic almonds raw
- 20 grams raw cacao powder
- 30 grams Organic coconut oil
Filling
- 350 grams organic raw cashews
- 90 grams Organic coconut oil
- 10 grams Organic Vanilla Bean Paste
- 30 grams organic Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon organic lemon zest
- 125 grams organic coconut water or filtered tap water
Berry Mixture
- 300 grams organic fresh berries, or frozen defrosted
- 8 organic medjool dates (pitted)
- 5 grams Organic Vanilla Bean Paste

Place all ingredients in TM Bowl 15sec*speed 7
Set aside
Place all ingredients in TM Bowl 40sec*speed 9 going slowly till you reach full speed
Press into a springform tin place into freezer while you make the filling
Place all ingredients in a clean TM Bowl puree 1min*speed 1-9
Put 2/3 on top of base and place in freezer for 5 min
Scrape down sides of bowl and add the berry mixture 10sec*speed 4
Place on top of the cashew filling
Freeze for several hours or overnight

Tip
Can slice into portions and wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for several weeks
Can halve base mixture for a thinner base
Other fruits such as mango would work really well with this recipe
