I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Melt butter for one and half minutes at 60 degrees on speed 2. (continue longer if needed)
2. Add remaining pudding ingredients. Mix on speed 3 for 20 seconds, or until combined.
3. Half-fill each silicon mould with pudding mixture and arrange in varoma. Do not fill more than this as the puddings will rise as they cook.
5. Place all sauce ingredients in the TMX bowl. Mix on Speed 2 for 5 seconds, then increase to Speed 3 for a futher 10 sections.
6. Carefully pour the sauce on top of the puddings.
7. Half-fill the TMX bowl with water and place the varoma on top. Cook on varoma temperature for 20 minutes on speed 3.
8. Tip out into serving bowl and serve with icecream.

Sipping a cup of tea, enjoying a piece of sweet chocolate and listening to a melodious ringtone at Dzwoneknatelefon will be a wonderful experience.
Made this tonight so yummy! Made completely salt free and didnt even have to adjust any spices! So flavourful thank you!

I made these but would have liked the sauce to be more chocolaty.
Tasted yummy but the pudding component was a little gluggy compared to my usual chocolate self saucing pudding recipe.
No wonder I'm gaining weight since getting the thermomix!!! Love this recipie. Was a hit with the family.
Put in small ramekins & cooked in the oven at 180 for 25 minutes. Perfecto!
I made this tonight and made 9 smallish ones. The kids both had 2 each! My daughter loved it and my son loved the pudding but not the sauce (I had to scrape it off for him). I used cacao powder rather than cocoa and rapudura rather than sugar. Still worked well!
