- 150 grams Bakers Flour or flour of choice
- 5 grams baking powder
- 20 grams caster sugar
- 250 grams Milk
- 3 eggs
- .5 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- 20 grams Butter

Add Bakers flour and baking bowder and sift for 20 seconds on speed 4.
Add remaining ingredients and mix on speed 2-5 for 60 seconds. Start with the lower speed to gently mix ingredients together, and then the high speed to make it nice and bubbly.
Heat a nonstick frying pan (use a little butter if its nonstick) and pop the batter on in small blobs (I let mine go to about 10cm round). Turn them over once they start to dry or bubble.
Tip
These are great fun to do with kids (under supervision of course)
I used 20g of sugar to sweeten them, but you can just as easily use agave syrup, or go without. I like the added sweetness as then i dont need a topping for them, but if you prefer plain, give it a go!
