- 30 g cornflour

Place lemon powder, sugar and cornflour into thermomix bowl and mill 10sec/sp9.
Add eggs and milk and cook 7min/90deg/sp4.

This lemon custard is lovely on it's own or in a tart shell for a custard tart.

Lemon powder is dried lemon zest that's then milled to a powder.
