Give everything a bit of a stir with your spatula to make sure its all combined nicely and then transfer into a large flat tray/plastic container roughly 22cm x 29cm (you can use baking paper to line your tray if you wish).

Allow to cool in the fridge completely for at least an hour, then cut into rows then squares.

    Done & Delicious!!!!!

  2. Pepperminty hot chocolate anyone?

Well dont clean your TM bowl just yet.

Scrape down the sides and add half a cup of milk and half a cup of hot water and blitz for a few seconds. Heat for 5 mins, temp 80, speed 4.

    Sit down, relax and ENJOY!!!!!

Tip

I use the Coles brand blocks of chocolate and they work great every time and everyone loves the taste.

If you are making a hot chocolate for more than 1 person use all milk and add more milk if needed.  Its quite a rich hot chocolate so the taste will go a long way!

Also try different mixes, rocky road is delicious no matter what you put in it.  Try making it with a different flavoured essence or various nuts or turkish delight!!!

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

It is very similar, I've just adapted it to the way I usually make my own rocky road.  I have been wanting to put in the subject that it's an adaption to ThermoFun's Clinker Rocky Road but I can't find where to edit my recipe...if anyone knows how this can be done please let me know.

    Thanks

This looks really similar to the ThermoFun recipe that has been around for a few years.
