I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Put the oats and LSA in the mixing bowl 10 sec/speed 9.
2. Add the mixed berries, banana & ice. Blend for 30 sec/speed 9 (Until it resembles sorbet). Scrape down the sides of the bowl with your spatula.
3. Add the milk, rice malt syrup to taste and vanilla essence and blend for 1 min/speed 9.
Pour into 2 glasses or a shaker to have as a quick breakfast on your way to work!
Tip
I use 30g of rice malt syrup. And I choose this sweetener because it's fructose free!
You can definitely adjust to taste. You could use any sugar alternative and of course you could leave it out to make it sugar free.
I think it tastes fine the day after too! Not any longer though!

Thanks ReneeClarke. I'll do that now.
That sounds delish! You should put that up as your own recipe!!!
I just made this recipe with a few changes. As I was only making the drink for myself, I halved the oats and only added 15 grams. I then added 10 grams of chia seeds and 10 grams of dessicated coconut and 5 grams of cacao. I omitted the LSA from my recipe. A scoop of protein powder was also added. I used one banana as stated on the recipe, but I used honey to sweeten it, because the honey didn't bother me. Blueberries and pineapple were used because I had those in the fridge and the pineapple was not overpowering in the drink although you could taste a subtle hint of it on occassions. I also used almond milk, but only about 130 grams. Cinnamon was also added at the end. I only placed it on speed 5 at the end and everything was smooth when finished. Delicious. Made a little over one tall glass.
