Recipe's preparation

    Almost Traditional Indian Chai Latte
  1. Add 4 teaspoons of Chai tea to the TM

    Add water

Heat on 100 degrees for 5 mins to get a concentrate mixture

Sieve the concentrate into a cup

Rinse the tea leaves out of the TM bowl (no need to dry)

Add milk sugar or honey to taste to the TM bowl

Heat on 80 degrees for 3 mins

Add the concentrate and wizz for 20 seconds to form froth (you can use the butterfly on speed 4 if you prefer)

Tip

You can use any spiced Chai teas, or make up your own.
I was advised on this way of making Chai by the Indian owner of the Emporium in Dee Why who sold me the tea.
Delicious and Cheap alternative to some speciality Chai teas.

Works great with Byron Bay Coffee Company Chai Tea http://www.byronbaycoffeeco.com.au/

No inclusion of speeds anywhere in the instructions unless you used the butterfly at the end. Had to keep referring to EDC recipe for latte as a guide. Mine wasn't chai enough but that is probably my blend, will add more next time when I adapt the recipe to include speeds for easier reference.
