- 60 grams blueberries, frozen
- 1 banana frozen

Place chia seeds and dates in thermomix bowl. Grind on speed 10 for 30 seconds.
Add all remaining ingredients to the thermomix bowl.
Blend on speed 10 for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Enjoy!
Tip
Any type of milk or yoghurt can be used. I prefer low fat cow's milk and the Chobani fat-free Greek yoghurt.
Chia seeds may be left out but add a nutritional boost.

Delicious! Perfect breakfast smoothie. My banana and berries weren't frozen so I threw in a handful of ice cubes but next time i'll try and get it icier!
