Tip
This keeps for quite some time in the fridge. You do not need to use a metric measuring cup for this recipe, I have used a coffee mug and it works well as long as you use the same measure for all To make an iced mocha, use same method to make ice coffee but add a generous squeeze of chocolate topping as well.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Is it possible to make larger quantities?
Do you think it would work if the raw sugar was substituted for a sugar free sweetener? I like the sweetener from the health food shop that doesn't have an after taste. Thanks
Your recipe for ICE COFFEE SYRUP LOWER SUGAR should work. The granite fabricators denver helped me come out here so I could prepare the iced coffee. And it looks rather good as well.
Wow, This looks delicious, I am so much glad to get all the academic paper writing done on time now, I might enjoy cooking and creating all those wonderful dishes for myself, Thanks for one wonderful share.
One of the first recipes I've made in my new Thermomix- it's delicious!
We reduced the sugar even more to 1/3 cup of sugar.
Love this. I made it with aldi decafe coffee and we loved it. Considering I don't have sugar in my coffee this was much better than full strength sugar.
delecious , will make again
Delicious. Thanks so much!
