Recipe is created for
TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend.
Make this every summer, delicious
Yum yum yum. I keep things a glass jar in the fridge and mix my choice of milk and ice with it! So good
Love this recipe !!!! Has anyone doubled or tripled it ?? Would you need to add extra cooking time ? Many thanks !
Nik123: Sure, I don't even bother to use my Thermie to make an iced coffee. I just grab a handful of ice, pour a teaspoon or two of the coffee syrup over it, and then top it all up with milk. Yummy and super easy.
As for Stevia, I haven't tried it, but experimented with rice malt syrup (I used half the amount of sugar and half of the syrup). Worked for me!
great recipe, just wondering if anyone has the instructions for making this if we are gifting to people who don't own thermomix? And also has anyone tried using Stevia as a substitute for sugar? Thanks kindly for your help amd the great recipe.
Love this, I ended up using less sugar and adding some vanilla syrup (home made), I also didn't bother adding to a sterilised jar or using the 30ml measurement but maybe half of that. Next time I'll add a significant amount less of sugar and then use caramel syrup and make into an iced latte.
Have made this so many times! Loved in our house, we ise moccona coffee
Loved by all, making regularly thank you
