Ingredients
- 70-100 grams sugar, Adjust to taste
- 500 grams lychees (tinned in juice), Can also use fresh, or frozen Lychee's
- 400 grams ice cubes
- 100-150 grams vodka, Adjust to taste
- 1 bottle Champagne, Prosecco or White Sparkling Wine
- Lychee's for garnish

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Place sugar into TM Bowl mill 10sec/speed 9
2. Add ice, lychee's and juice blend 20sec/speed 9
3. Add Vodka blend 10sec/speed 9
4. Add 150g of Sparkling wine and mix 5 sec/speed 4
Two ways of serving:
1. Pour into martini/cocktail glass. Garnish with Lychee's
2. Fill champagne flutes half way with mixture and top with remaining sparking wine. Stir before serving. Garnish with Lychee

Tip
Subsitute Lychee's with any fresh, tinned or frozen fruit
