    Soy milk
  1. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

  2. 1. Put soy beans into TM, add hot water - cook for 20 mins/100c/speed 2

    2. Add sugar - cook for another 2 mins/slowly increase speed from 1to 9 (watch out !!! VERY HOT!!!)

    3. Put the rest of the water in 4sec/speed 1-9

    4. Filter the milk with cheesecloth

Use shimmering basket instead of measuring cup for step one
