Dough

  • 350 g Bakers Four
  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g sugar
  • 200 g Milk
  • 5 g Yeast

Sugar mix

  • 60 g Butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 60 g plain flour

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. put milk, sugar, salt and yeast in the TM bowl - 5 mins/37c/sp1

    rest for 15 mins

    put the flour in - 10 sec/sp3

    knead for 5 minutes

    Take the dough out and let it grow for 15 mins

    Punch the air out and roll into 10 equal size rolls

    Cover and let it grow for 1 hour

  2. Topping
  3. Mix all "sugar top" 10 sec/sp5

  4. Finish
  5. Preheat oven to 190c

    Add sugar mix over top of each doughs

    bake for 15mins
