To make this smoothie dairy free, just substitute milk for another type of milk (eg coconut, soy or almond etc.)

Made this morning for breakfast, I didnt have milk so used water instead. I did find it to be a little chalky, not sure if this is due to the water or possbily overmixing (I've heard over mixing oats can "heat"them up). Thanks

My 12yr old daughter LOVED this as her after school 'snack'. I felt it was lacking something - maybe I'd add sugar for my own. Daughter loves it, wants me to make it again - so thats a WIN in my house
