- 1 cube chicken stock cubes
- 1 cube garlic stock cube
- 1000 grams Milk
- 160 gram cornflour
Second Step
- 400 grams corn kernels
- 425 grams tuna
- 125 grams grated cheese
- 500 grams COOKED Penne Pasta, precooked
Third Step In Oven
- 125 grams grated cheese

1 Chicken Stock Cube
1 Garlic Stock Cube
1 KG milk
160 Grams corn flour
place all in thermomix 7 Mins 30 Seconds @ 80 deg speed 4transfer to large mixing bowl add
1 1/2 cups of grated cheese
1 can corn kernels
1 large can of Tuna
500 Grams cooked Penne PastaMix well then transfer to 2 baking dishes top with grated cheese and bake @ 200 until cheese has melted

Tip
This makes a rather thick sauce. If you prefer your bake a bit thinner, cut down the time cooking in the TMX, or add a little more milk.
Serves 8 Adults or 6 Teenagers
We served 4 adults, 1 child.. with leftovers

With the cornflour.. Usually we turn the speed up to about 8 for a few seconds, before settling it down.Never had a problem personally with it preventing the blades from moving, but it has slowed it before for a few seconds. Thats usually where we give it a kick.
I may look at altering the recipe sheet slightly. thanks for the feedback

Strongly suggest weighing the cornflour separately and putting it in after you start it! Otherwise it's a huge batch, perfect for leftovers or freezing for a slack night!
Very nice, but made a HUGE amount! Would half the quantities next time! Also had a problem with the cornflour solidifying, and preventing the blades from moving.
